Posting to provide clarity having researched and spoken to both companies. I hold both Rox and Venus,
Rox pays our 30% share of development costs until a decision to mine is made.
We get the benefit of an interest free loan.
When the mine starts production VMC debt is paid off from our share of production.
We also get a small gold royalty of 0.7%
From the date of a decision to mine Venus and Rox pay their shares of the Capex upfront, not loaned.
The preproduction Capex is only $99m of which Rox pays $69m and Venus pays $39m.
Very achievable for both companies imo.
The fundamentals of the project are in the Scoping Study and this is just the starter mine,
Production is a game changer for both Rox and Venus.
    Below is Rox's presentation.
