Hello!
I've been looking at this stock for a while, and I can't help but think that it looks cheap at the mo (0.39 at time of writing).
It's currently trading at more than a 50 per cent discount to sector average earnings multiples and is seen as a strong buy from analysts at Reuters. An analyst at TheBull has it as a top stock pick for 2011. "Mining services companies are certainly ones to watch in 2011. Simpson forecasts 12 per cent full-year 2011 revenue growth and 16 per cent EBIT growth across small/mid-cap mining services stocks."
It just looks good value at the mo to me? Or am I wrong?
vmg look cheap at the mo?
