He probably tired of the unmet expectations set by management. $100m arr by 30 June 2021. I recall this was then pushed to 31 December 2021 but is no longer talked about. As long as they keep growing revenue above 10-15% cagr while reducing cashburn you shouldn't have to worry too much.
