So you keep insisting, about the capital raising. And, its not an unreasonable suggestion.

But, a careful reading, and a re-reading even, of the announcements and VML's company presentations indicates the one thing that Geoff Atkins keeps mentioning, saying, pointing out, commenting on, highlighting, is avoiding dilution of the shareholders, and how their strategy delivers on that.

They strive to communicate they are philosophically opposed to diluting existing shareholders, if they can avoid it, and it seems to me that they have short-term borrowing on their mind; rather than a capital raising. If their business case is as good as they claim it to be, they will find investors who will take them on, at a price of course.
