I also think that the OXR will not go much lower and may in fact have seen its low at around 84 cents. Its a tempting buy now and any lower and I think buyers will come in. Then there will be some selling pressure after the rights issue shares come onto the market if OXR is significantly above 85 cents (say high 80s).

I'm have been accumulating and will buy more over the next couple of weeks on any weakness (i.e. lower than 84/85).
