I didn't like that there were no pricing details, even a % split would have been enough or is the assumption that the Norwegians are going to pass back half of the margin gain from the seperation process? If so that would be an amazing deal as thats where the value is. I might opportunistically look to pick up some parcels soon but no reason to jump in just yet, still quite unclear to me what their operating environment is going to be like. Aren't they producing next quarter? Surely they have to release some details on what shareholders should be expecting in terms of cashflow. Of course eventually it looks like the idea is to be able to use the seperation facility being built next door but thats still a while away. Hopefully something is negotiated that works well for both parties to grow symbiotically.
