Not true. Why ride the wave up and down when you can just catch the up wave and sit out during the orphan period.
Explorers have the potential to 'rocket' because there is more speculation. Higher risk however also higher reward. A bad drill will make the share price sink like a stone however at the same time a good hit will mean the share will run hard.
Each share has different risk / reward scenario however there is also timing on when once should take an entry / exit.
