Yes you are right but they are performance shares, aren't they? I think management deserves them. If they start with the mining this summer - it will be amazing event for all RE community outside of China.
In my opinion VML has the second best management team in RE space outside of China at the moment. We know the best team in RE space is still sitting in Lynas' office.
