Yes I think it is what is broadly expected from this so far hidden rocket. 10c by the end of 2021, 20c by the end of 2022, and 36c=MC $1b by the end of 2023.
But more Mondays like this and I am not sure where we can end. Also it depends on China when VML becomes a billion dollar company. Or maybe it is not question when but rather how quickly.
Also more and more will be priced in SP the fact that VML is ahead of pack about 1 - 2 years. This year VML and fellow companies create RE end-to-end supply chain outside of China.
