Hang on a second, he did not do an executive order for Japan but Japan is well ahead of other countries to secure REO supply. He is not the president of EU but EU doing the same. Not only that, it was not him, it was the other Congress men who brought up this REO issue first. So, make your own mind.
As I said previously only political system change in China can bring down REO price down like Russia had in 1990 nothing else.
