Pensana underwent a share consolidation of 10-1 last year. They had 1.47 billion shares issued before the share consolidation and reduced them to 147m shares issued.
At over 2.5 billion shares issued to VML shareholders, I wonder whether VML will consider a share consolidation at some point. Like @kellbys stated, market cap is the thing to take notice of, however, I do feel having a lower number of shares issued helps with movement due to market psychology when looking at buy/sell orders.
Or maybe that is just me..
Anyway, new to VLM, been researching the company for the past few days and am really impressed with the progress and fast movement in Saskatchewan. Lynas connections in management are gold and the company appear to have their ducks in a row. Glad I bought a ticket for this ride!
