It was his total holding that's right. That report is auto generated from his "ceasing to be a substantial holder".

In that notice he had started with 200,850,000 and sold 62,499,588 shares for $4,107,196 or ~$0.0656 per share. After that he no longer had to report any selling. That report is incorrectly auto generating that he sold all which is not correct (at that time).

What I find the best about him is:
21/12/2020 Resigns. Buys $160k of shares same day as an "all ok I'm in it for the long haul" to the market.
27/1/2021 Sells $168k basically refunding the market nod purchase lol.

Obviously he is free to do as he likes but can't deny it is share price poison when an insider showered with freebies becomes an outsider and isn't worried about "change in director's interest notice" and the message it'd send.
