200 million shares at $0.05 = $10m. These Ex-Lynas Directors have developed their performance shares to ensure that they continue to hold a decent % of the company. Look at other resource stocks when they hire proven management - they practically throw the kitchen sink at them. Look at VXR for example on what one person is getting.

Have to agree with most of what you stated as well as sentiment. Must say I have more respect for BODs that have reasonable time periods (2-4 yrs) to earn performance bonuses, especially small cap explorers/would be producers. I sold out of VML in 2017 as it hit $0.008 - yes made some small bucks and reinvested elsewhere. Seems like more than the deck chairs have been rearranged here with VML. Anyway, added another parcel today @ $0.048 and in for the journey. GLTAHs
