Doesn't the top 20 shareholder list (posted above downloaded 23/12/21) show that there are quite a few institutional holders with substantial holdings?.
HSBC owns approx. 12% of the company through their 2 holdings?
Last I checked HSBC was not a Director of VML. Or Citicorp, or BNP paribus.
