So long as it holds above 5.8 then it should continue to rise.
US legislation forcing Defence contractors to not buy Chinese REE is the push that VML needed.
Now its obvious that the US Govt is on a path to ensure all REE ,it needs,is produced in jurisdictions that are not under the influnce and control of China.
The aim ,here, would be to develop ther full process from mining to the finished product in North America....starting with companies that are already well advanced ...ahead of greenfield projects.
China with its new conglomerate of merged Chinese Ree producer products can at anytime stop supplying the U.S (just as they did with supplies to Japan) with the REE products it needs....this creates a National defence problem....allowing china to rapidly advance its advaced weapons systems ...well ahead of the U.S.A and NATO.
The development of the FULL REE process on the North American Continent is now a major priority...and this can only be rapidly achieved with the support of the U.S Govt.....they supported Lynas......so there is no reason why they wouldn't provide support to advanced companies like VML.
The creation of a NATIONAL STOCKPILE is now critical for defence against Chines aggression.
The quartely report should add some extra momentum to the stock price...which is ,in my opinion, undervalued.
Its just finished a long protracted accumulation phase in the 4 to 5c range .
The Democrats and Republicans in the US congress both support the BILL ..it will only need the Presidents signiature to sign off on it.....and thats' a forgone conclusion.....it will go into law.
