I moved last year from Australia to the Netherlands so had to go through the process of finding a new broker. Ended up going with Swissquote. They have reasonable rates, but more important to me they allow you to hold multiple currencies. I don't trade heaps, but if I'm shifting things around or trying to capitalise on some volatility it's nice to not be getting slugged currency conversion fees on every single trade. That can eat in to your profits even more than brokerage.
