When you see the state of progress at the Saskatoon REE carbonate plant, it gives you some insight as to why the former Vital CEO may have got the boot.
The DMS unit is up and running, but the rest of the plant looks to be well behind schedule (IMO).
The company probably needs to update the market on the progress to date on plant construction and commissioning, but I fear it may not be great news.
On a positive note, the new management appears to be implementing project management disciplines to get progress on the plant moving along, as per the last market update announcement.
