For me it's a slow rollout of the plant.
And lack of DD on Kipawa (the locals strongly oppose it), assuming we can just roll on in as at Nech... Perhaps that's why the consulting contract was terminated as well.
Hopefully they send over some locals from the current site to the Kipawa region to smooth things over and point out that it's not going to be an ecological disaster and that they can actually benefit from it.
