Fair few dealines for reports in that order due between 30 and 60 days of that order which was 30 Sept.
Once all the reports from the order are generated US gov will identify supply and fund downstream processing. I.e. every shovel ready project with approvals will be pointed out clearly.
Those orders are not temporary... they are law afer released.. the new president cant revoke it... can only put an order over the top..That would not look good for a republican congress. Also Sleepy Joe will need alot of feedstock for the EVs and waves of green stimulous.
