-82% from '21 highs, demonstration plant shipped 7500 tonnes and received no $$$ yet (iirc), unknown profitability on ReeTec, no other offtakes, unknown economics of tardiff or expansion at nechalacho (is it still on the cards even?), two big cap raises that diluted an already heavily diluted stock, Geoff left, CEO quit, CFO quit. I think it's pretty clear why it hasn't gone up. Literally, the ONLY thing going for VML is its strategic position right now. Everything else is just speculation and most holders are burnt and won't touch it until management demonstrate some level of competence (speaking as an ex-holder).
It's unfortunate how things went, I still follow it but best bet is chopping around 1.5-2c for quite a while.
