Does anyone think that CEO/CFO didn't quit and it was more that they didn't pass probation? Generally, if there is no bad blood, you would allow them to say they 'resigned' to not affect future prospects. Dorward accepts the role, lays out the strategy, buys $200k worth on market, walks the Saskatoon plant with Truduea, and then 'quits' inside 4 months ... I'm not convinced it was his decision.
