Reetech have posted on their website in March, that they have started building their first factory that will process Rare Earth's.
With completion expected in Autum 2014 (September 2024) its not that long to wait.
While my confidence has been somewhat smashed along with the shareprice, I still believe somewhat optimistically that VML will have a decent re rate in the future.
It's also possible that it will fall into a heap, but I'm a glass half full kind of guy.
