The Ford, GM and VW announcements wouldnt be perceived as critical to their core business. It goes without saying that it is in VML's case.
Unless LH are intentionally deceiving the market and are wanting a class action, the suspension has to be legit. Since the CAN gov announcement it would be fair to say that they would be inundated with applications for funding and I highly doubt that they would throwing millions around without thoroughly assessing eligibility...not to mention the bloody lawyers.
