Whats been going on in the sector since July 2023 when VML entered suspension? A comparison of some other REE stocks and Indexes during that period.
Have tried to include a few explorers and more advanced companies however the REMX Van Eck ETF and MVREMXT Index are probably the best more broader background benchmarks of the sector. Some decent positive news flow going forward from VML combined with the upward trend of PrNd prices may at least provide enough support for VML's current valuation when it comes out of suspension however the wash up effects of placing of VMCL into bankruptcy and the ongoing legal dispute around the REETec off-take agreement cancellation remain to be seen once off suspension. The 'material funding' we've heard so much (and so little) about will of course be critical!
Meanwhile, since July 2023 PrNd prices are up about 20% and continue to trend up
