What i don't understand is why it's proving so hard to build a plant.
Everyone says we need to get away from the Chinese monopoly, how there aren't many good deposits available, and how valuable REE is, yet its somehow its not economical to do so?
If there's so much demand for REE, why is this project so difficult to get up and running?
