a thousand ore bags were shipped from NECH via Hay RIver in 2022 (after being flooded) to SK, having not been processed, why would there be confusion about bags/ ore?
interesting side note on that ore, it was part of a 100kt "bulk sample", which by Mineral Act is actually still owned by the NWT and is subject to mining royalties.
