An initial 25-hole, 2500-metre diamond drill program is anticipated over several mineralized zones at the Nechalacho project site.

The drill program would be focussed on two commodity types in five separate sub-zones, specifically lithium, and the light rare earths ("LREE") of interest specifically neodymium (Nd) and praseodymium (Pr).

Lithium has been known to occur in the lithium-rich mica polylithionite in the R, S and T Zone deposits (Cerny and Trueman, 1985).

Both internal and independent analyses of the polylithionite indicate a lithium content in the range of 6.5% Li2O, similar to lithium contents in more traditional lithium minerals such as spodumene.

Although an abundance of this mica has been identified on surface exposures and drill cores, historically no systematic evaluation or systematic analysis for lithium has been conducted. Further, a paper on the lithium potential of the general area was published by Lasmanis (1978).

Polylithionite as a mineral concentrate has the potential to be a valuable source of lithium chemicals to be used to manufacture lithium batteries for energy storage in electric cars and grid systems.

Historic drilling in the South T Zone has indicated the presence of significant "silver mica" which is likely to be polylithionite. An initial five-hole drill program is proposed to confirm historic intercepts in addition to extending these zones laterally and to depth

"The S-Zone occurs as a series of lenses and dykes locally visibly enriched in
polylithionite as confirmed by lithium analyses on samples collected in 2016 when 8 chip
samples taken in six trenches at the S Zone averaged 1.4% Li2O. Five short holes were
drilled in a portion of this zone in 1978, which indicated the zone continuing to depth but no assay details are available and the core was not analysed for lithium. A 5-hole program is proposed for this zone to trace it both laterally and to depth. "
