Having another look at it. Photo 30 and 31... it is looks like the bags have been removed from the fenced area. The building is being leased to a new tennant.
VML said the ore sale to Shenghe will be completed early 2024.... I don't trust photos, especially without dates on them....anyway things are moving along. gltah
