They surely must know they are on a long term winner as I dont think anyone see's us doing a backflip on EV. Moreover, companies like VML have already set precedence with contracting exclusively with indigenous miners.
This is where pressure to the fed level should be coming from - it isnt like VML have any say in gov policy who seem to be too distracted. My take is that downstream and upstream needs to be heavily subsidized by the state or all of this is a total waste of time.
