Hi Johnb2712, I don't get the "exciting times" either, however Indigenous Leaders and leaders from the Govt. of the Northwest Territories gathered for the NW Territories Council of Leaders meeting on Sept. 4-5 2024 in Yellowknife. This seems to coincide with LR's visit. imo gltah
