Do a bit of research and look at the potential value of what they have in the ground & look at what’s happening giga factory wise in North America, whether we like it or not transport industry is going electric & various other uses for the refined products too. There's good reason why the government recently blocked the export of unprocessed dirt/ore to the Chinese. 623,000T ndpr, today’s spot price per kg is $107.80usd, current value using this number (once extracted & processed) is $67.1B usd.
