in a quick look at Canadian projects, there are two exploration projects that are 1000 times better than the fraudulent Ukrainian "rare earths" at Novopoltavske: Vital Metals at Nichalacho: 213 million tonnes at 1.17% TREO (total rare earth oxides) and Torngat Metals at Strange Lake: 278 million tonnes at 1.44% TREO in high-grade zone. These are both in geological formations that at least have a chance of being a rare earth mineral operation (as opposed to the phosphate - apatite) in Ukraine.
