As I understand it cheetah / Vml have rights to everything above 150m above sea level, Thor lake is about 300m above sea level meaning everything in surrounding areas down to 150m below Thor lake and much higher in surrounding hills is vitals to mine when they finally get up and running/ digging , so this would make it very difficult for Avalon to mine anything unless a JV or similar agreement is made.
Either very misleading to their shareholders or something is going on behind the scenes that we are yet to be informed of.
