Great link Neilsy. That is the first time I have heard her speak. She comes across as reasonably competent. Interesting talk about a consortium of sorts in NWT. No mention of Avalon though. Surely they will both be in need of the transport infrastructure. Good to hear talk of possible government financial assistance. It is important that the west gets REE production sorted or China will maintain their control of the sector and possibly ban REE exports to USA. She appears to be honest with time frames of production from 2028 - 2030. It is going to be a long haul for those still holding. Lets see if the coming scoping study gets any traction. Peace.
