Well, setting aside the exploration plans, the second link seems to suggest that the current bulk sample (read mining) plan is a simple expansion of the old plan from Geoff's time! Is this the best they could offer after so much analysis or perhaps this LUP is a low effort rehash of the old just to buy time for something more substantial?
Basically the plan is to mine up to some 1.1M tonnes of rock and sort on-site to produce up to 120,000T of mineralised ore to be sent to Yellowknife/Hay River and then onwards to a concentrator/refiner. Some increase in camp size and on-site machinery to handle the extra volume (was up to 600,000T) but otherwise groundhog day?
Except now they have no ability to add value by downstream processing (having sold their own pilot facility at pennies on the dollar). I can only assume that it might be directed towards the SRC processing facility in Saskatoon, which at one point was going to be expanded to handle the Nechalacho ore type - any word on that?
Hope they have something much grander planned and this is just about not going backwards in the short term.
