Mark Carney has surprised me alot. His relationship with Trump seems pretty good after their last meeting and he appears pro resources (strangely).
This is a help, and as the critical minerals act kicks into gear, there may be a case for VML.
I think its weird there isn't more chatter about a North American rare earth source....with all the pandering going on with China lately....but lots of rumblings.
Good churn today, I suppose people need to make up their mind fairly quick on averaging down or not.
Rick Rule (hes great) stated "if your down 90% its either a sell or buy, but never a hold". Its so true. This is a classic case of it.
