43 Mil was last raise ~11 months ago.
Feeling is any pump and will see a raise to derisk future expansion. Strike whilst iron is hot and sentiment is high. Alternative is to wait for plant to be finished... Send product off... wait for Reetec to process it and sell to end user.. that is at least 6 to 9 months ago. Would be better served to find a seed investor/insto and rapidly expand capacity and not loose time and capitalise early to gain market share and expand in anti China US sentiment.
These are just my thoughts.
