Well right now its just hot air, and that is all unfortunately.

The recurring Monday announcements of extensions are wearing thin, And only creating higher expectation on the SP by SH if and when it is to resume trading.

Im not down ramping by anymeans, I want VML to succeed with there long term plan and become a major player in the space, I want the SP to reflect this.

At this stage, Now after being suspended for almost 5-6 weeks, Limited progress on the plant, If any, Office personel departing, very little cash on hand or available, Its brewing to be the perfect storm - That could go either way.

IMO, Im starting to lean towards: They are Looking/Waiting for the catalyst to say that "unfortunately" the material funding has fallen through and been unable to reach a desirable outcome for shareholders, Oh btw We have fudge all cash to progress & LH have proposed a takeover at 50% discount and we believe that this is the best outcome for all SH and recommend you take it.

The longer this "material funding announcement" takes, The less likely SH are going to be satisfied with the outcome.

I truly hope that all SH are rewarded sooner rather than later.
