Thanks to the both of you for replying. I share the same view hence it not being a massive barrier to entry for me but does typically go against my current philosophy. The risk is obviously that costs blowout / issues in production (which the team seems well poised to be on top of, love the management experience) and then future raisings etc or a significant draw out of the timeline to achieve scale and increases in production as the market asks for it.
