There is only so far a person can go with ensuring that another legal entity lodges important documentation on your behalf.
Therefore, if this is the reasoning for GA’s departure, the onus should not fall on them. Unless there are other issues which are not apparent.
The dates 28/8 and 30/8 are too close to ignore for that reasoning though….

This is a volatile period of time.
I would like to see transparency at the AGM about
1. Kipawa and QPM
2. GA
3. Nechalacho
4. If they have been successful in securing additional customers since their pump attempts at the summit: Who, and the details of coming transactions.
Need to have some idea about their direction.

This might have been the reason why the Feb deadline was extended to Sept as they would have seen this as a risk at the time.

what does this mean? if they want to progress it the acquisition cost is cheaper hence my suspicion is that is the negotiations.

let's not lose focus on the prize here. Kipawa was always a distraction and only had strategic importance. All of existing SH wealth in the nextc1-2yrs is dependent on getting Nechalacho producing and earning income as soon as possible. THAT IS THE PRIZE. That should be the business's main priority.
