    "destroyed the potential manufacturing capability" - I dont see how previous management wasnt the cause. SAS was $60M short of completion and LH were the only ones willing to put money behind the project despite the BS that the 'lynas team' had been feeding the market - they literally accomplished nothing other than lining their own pockets at the expense of SH's.

    "get the guidance of original board" - hard pass. I'll take investment from LH and the worlds largest producer over the CAN gov or anyone else for that matter. Shenghe are THE world leaders not just in manufacturing this stuff but running rings around the likes of Lynas.

    This sentiment makes zero sense to me. Its the equivalent of complaining about ditching 3 players that have been tanking your team whilst signing up Jordan, Pippen and Rodman (NBA reference). Shenghe dont have a controlling stake, they want whats in the ground for obvious reasons, LH want to make bank long term and the CAN gov are nothing but barn burners.
