Second reason is China. China increases influence in Africa in general and this is also what worries me a lot and it prevents me to invest into African projects. Have a look on PM8, they will sent most of their production in the following years to China. It is already agreed because China invested a huge amount of money into infrastructure in Angola. The infrastructure will be heavily used by PM8.

ARR - I could not find anybody in the team who has previous experience with RE projects.

Fair call re Africa but I have held many stocks and most are ok. Uganda is one of the better areas in Africa. The republic of Congo is the biggest risk area. Congo is fine.

I personally know a few directors managing in Africa for many years and yes always some risk but reality it is stable. Always some level of corruption but that’s business there. Also last 10 yrs is Chinas influence by lending cash and you are true they expect favours in return.

Most REE will end up in China in any case. I have been following VML since last year new metals conference and happy you guys are making some excellent ground. Well done.
