I think you answered the 2nd part of Q-2 with the following statement?:
''However, if the market changes its mind and decides VMM will get to production before MEI obviously VMM's share price will go gangbusters and MEI's won't.''
I don't believe that achieving '' getting to production first'' will/ would be the only factor that determines if VMM's SP will rise at a faster % then mei; Therefore, it's a fail.
