VMM have higher recoveries, so yes, better potential than MEI I'm told
MEI may hit a road-block with environmental restrictions. MEI aren't planning to mine granite or quartz here, it's rare earths....
Apparently, the gap between vmm and mei to production is closing fast as vmm accelerates to fast-track to mining
