You were correct in your price predictions I have not taken that away, but some of your commentary was clearly to stir the pot and IMO was downramping (like your commentary comparing BRE to VMM comes to mind), apples and oranges.
I actually inquired about the environmental buffer zone (not with MEI directly but with others), and the response I got was it may slow down the approval process but it is unclear. If the area was straight up protected I don't think they would let companies drill in the area. I have never said it wont make a difference to timeline of production. I said it " may slow down the approval process to mine", but it is unclear by how much, it is also not guaranteed it will make any impact at all, it remains a bit of an unknown but personally not something I'd be massively concerned about. A lot of MEI's resource sits outside of the zone anyway.
Just my 2 cents.
