that is in all respects factually inaccurate given other feasibility studies show it to be far far less. Unless you've got a source you can provide which suggest ionic clay capex of over 500M.
You can however review feasibility studies of ixr, aclara, tantalus, serra verde,
IXR for example was 120m usd capex (heap leach)
aclara vat leach (smaller scale) about the same.
estimates for MEI were -circa 250m usd (vat tank) (from recollection of the research note) 6mtpa plant.
Depending on the methodology and scale could be degrees within those.
You're entitled to your opinion - but with respect should try to support it with evidence.
