Yes, one other factor to consider is the number of shares outstanding. It is guaranteed that they will not be 390m. The italians have options and they will exercise them. Plus VMT will very likely need more capital and unfortunately at these levels, issuing 100m m shares will raise $10/15m, which isnt going to go a long way. So in my calculations I always assume that shares outstanding will likely be 600/700m in 3-5 years.
