Hi Mario.
As Electric pointed out the Italians options are for only 24m shares which will raise $13m if they are exercised.
We are told that even at the current depressed sales levels the operations are cash flow positive. Why will there be a need for more cash except for further expansion maybe.
A more optimistic view on the journey to 300k Sales PA is that a lot of cash will be generated to buy back shares or expand the business.
