Back to the Prelim report and the bit about talks with potential partners in the 4 regions, including Indonesia and Brasil.






Indonesia is interesting because of the existing relationship with Charged. But I suppose they are technically based in Singapore but in any case I do find the case of Alva interesting given they have recently started marketing a rebadged version of the VT3 or Vortex (or the ICE version Fortex marketed by Flying Futures).






The thing is that the VT3 or Alva 1 is a maxi scooter and I would have thought not the most logical selection for Delivery Fleet operators.

Alva are cashed up having raised $60m US recently and on their website have posted about a 'business' solution coming soon.







Perhaps a chance to move into manufacturing / selling rebadged Vmoto Fleet models and providing 'business solutions' in Indonesia? Complementing the apparent 'consumer' focus of Charged?



Finally, regarding the LATAM / Brasil reference in the report...........................................lots of possibilities there including Motto, Riba, Italika, etc.

Another of the Brazil 'possibilities', Vammo, had an interesting post earlier. They appear to be going through an expansion push at the moment.





and of the 20 snaps in the post there was only one 'reference' to an EV brand. The CPx





Hopefully we will get some additional announcements about partnerships in the not too distant future.
