Not keen on trying to lay blame in the wrong place.
Every couple of years I find I can't download the web sites I regularly use and quickly discovered the first time it happened that its because the cookies have crumbled.
Following Mario's advice and clearing the cache works every time to set things right for me.
I'm sorry to say that if 4 people close to you can down load Vmoto.com in a matter of seconds that you can't logically draw the conclusion that Vmoto.com has a problem because three others can't.
The reproduction analogy is a good one.
If 4 blokes can get Bridget Pregnant and three can't, it's not possible to use the three with dud gear to declare Bridget infertile.
